PAGADIAN CITY, Zambonga del Sur (July 9,
2018) -
PNP personnel of Aurora Municipal Police Station (MPS) successfully arrested
the Senior citizen for the crime of rape during the conduct of Law enforcement
Operation (service of warrant of arrest) at Purok Sto Niño, Barangay Libertad
in Aurora municipality of this province at about 5:30pm of July 7, 2018, Police
Official said.

Regional Office-9 (PRO-9) POI Chief CINSP Helen L. Gaovez identified the arrested
accused as Danilo Donal y Arcayan, 70 years old, married, jobless and resident
of Purok Lapu-Lapu, Brgy Commonwealth, Aurora, Zamboanga Del Sur.

Galvez disclosed that the accused has a standing warrant of arrest for the
crime of Rape (6 counts) with CC No. 18-10, 1540 to 1545 issued by Hon Judge Analyn
R. Costanilla, Presiding Judge, RTC 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30 of Aurora of
this province dated April 19, 2018 with no bail bond recommended.
Subject
person is now temporary detained at Aurora MPS lock-up cell for proper booking
