Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur (March
28, 2018) – One wanted person with standing warrant of arrest for the crime of
Frustrated Murder docketed under criminal case no. 03-10, 359 issued by Hon.
Loreto C Quinto, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 30 of this
town voluntarily surrendered to Acting Police Chief of this town Tuesday 2:00
pm.
Aurora Municipal Police Station
Officer In-Charge Chief of Police Chief Insp. Edgar R Hinoctan identified the
suspect as Rosalito Cediño Ecot aka “Titi”, 36 years old, married, tricycle
driver and a resident of Zone Imbaw, Barangay Calawisan, Lapu-Lapu, Cebu City.
Said accused
has a bail bond of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P200, 000.00) for his temporary
liberty and he is now temporary detained at Aurora MPS lock-up cell while waiting
for final adjudication from the court, PCInspt. Hinoctan said. (By
